Sugar and spice


Like a sugar bowl,

I've held sweet thoughts of you

all day.

These days are quite packed and could I say stressful?

No,

not really.

Just full to the brim with work

and dreams of Italy  getting me through.

I find myself drawn to  pictures of people reading.

Because I've just discovered the books

of this guy and I love them.

Shall I try to read

everything he has written so far?

Raindrops danced on my shoulders one day this week,

the next~

my arms were full of sunflowers.

Grains of sugar,

all around.

    Oh, my last few days have been really stressful too! I really do think we're on the same wavelength. To get myself through I've been dreaming about married life and building my dream home with Spud. And reading DDM books (actually reading them as opposed to dreaming about reading them, lol). Not long until the weekend blossom.

    Sorry I didn't get back here sooner. I'm not in writing mode much these days, I guess seven years of blogging will do that to a gal LOl.
    So far, the weekend has been good, a duvet day today!
