Song in a sea shell


Funny,

how quickly days off go by.

I've been off work since last Thursday

and now it's my last days leave.

Gah.

Ah well,

lets drink in every minute.

Let's pretend we have songs in a seashell

and hair like mermaids

filled with the scents of the sea.

    Oh! I know exactly what you mean! It's going by so quickly!

    I love the title of this post. Yesterday I put a seashell up to my ear and thought I could hear the sea, even though it's about 20 miles or so away.

    Hope work was okay today, and that you didn't suffer from first day back blues.
