On the street
I'd like to sit on the street today
with a rattly old typewriter,
the type with keys that go clackity clack
when you hit them.
For a few dollars, pounds ~
or any currency you chose,
I'd write a love poem for you.
( I danced round the bedroom just now to the song of the day.
In my jammies. :)
