If you like cheese,
try this.
Buy one small camembert
in those pretty little wooden boxes.
( Camembert pongs,
but don't worry it fades when cooked. :)
Go home,
from the cheese shop,
and on the way buy loaves of crusty bread
freshly baked.
Also, stop in at Tescos
( where every little helps)
and buy
a lovely little jar of Jalepenos and a bottle of white wine.
Any type will do.
When you reach your house,
where you live with people who love you,
go in and turn your oven on to 170o
( or if your oven is uber hot, 150~160o.)
Take the lid off the cheese and remove the wrapper.
Gently squeeze the cheese back into the
( pretty) little wooden box,
and make some holes
into which to pour wine.
( I used a chopstick.)
Pour wine into the holes.
Replace the lid and pop in the oven.
Bake for 20 ~25 mins ,
serve with the hot bread ,
freshly buttered
and tiny mountains of jalepenos on top.
